Due to the nature of consulting and custom software development services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes time, resources, and expertise allocated to your project.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including:

  • Services have not yet started after payment
  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to our fault

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed work or delivered milestones
  • Consultation fees and advisory sessions
  • Custom-developed software or partially completed projects
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client

4. Cancellation and Refund Relationship

Refund eligibility is closely tied to our Cancellation Policy. Clients are encouraged to review both policies to fully understand their rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email, including project details, payment information, and the reason for the request. Once received, we will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your financial institution.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
