Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy

At CASON SOFTWARE CONSULTATIVE, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services, consultations, and project engagements may be canceled or rescheduled. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may request to cancel services by providing written notice via email or formal communication. Cancellation requests must be submitted within the agreed timelines outlined in your service agreement. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.

2. Notice Period

For scheduled consultations or short-term services, a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to avoid cancellation fees. For ongoing or long-term projects, a notice period defined in the service contract (typically 7–14 days) must be observed.

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and scope of the engagement. These may include:

  • Charges for completed work or milestones
  • Non-refundable deposits or retainers
  • Administrative or resource allocation costs
All applicable fees will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. Clients must provide advance notice, and rescheduling is subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation at our discretion.

5. Cancellation by CASON SOFTWARE CONSULTATIVE

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, resource constraints, or force majeure events. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly and offered alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, payments made for completed work, delivered milestones, or consumed service hours are non-refundable. Any eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Governing Agreement

This Cancellation Policy should be read in conjunction with any signed service agreement or contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms outlined in the specific client agreement shall take precedence.
